TrackCanary terms
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
By using TrackCanary, you agree to these terms.
The service
TrackCanary scans public web pages you specify and notifies you by email when a signal you are watching appears to be no longer visible. Our notifications are informational signals, not a guarantee of any fact about your website, your analytics, or your business.
Your responsibility
You may only submit URLs for websites that you own or are otherwise authorized to monitor. You agree not to use TrackCanary to scan or monitor sites you have no right to monitor.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any scan or alert, or that a change in a signal’s visibility reflects any particular cause or outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackCanary will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on our notifications. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update the service or these terms. If we make material changes, we will update this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
